Our lightweight aluminium frames provided the perfect access solution on this rooftop (five storeys up); Lightweight-reducing the load on the sheeted roof- Fewer Components- reduced time loading in by crane and handling gear around site.  Happy client- Viscount Constructions.

ROOF TOP ACCESSHOP UP,HOP IN

Using Layher Allround Scaffolding in Aluminium, we were able to base out around ground level obstacles (screening) and then use internal consoles to “hop in” to the desired work area. The lightweight of aluminium Allround reduced transport and labour charges for the contractors- Signature Projects.

DOWN IN THE DUNGEONDOWN IN THE DUNGEON

Our crew excelled in difficult conditions for this job. This ten meter high platform is cantilevered two meters to the wall giving access to failing drainage underneath a shopping centre. The job included walking the gear through a narrow passage some 60 metres in behind a service tunnel and wearing helmet lights to compliment the flood lighting. Dark and Smelly! No problem!

OUT ON AN ISLANDOUT ON AN ISLAND

Just two of the many scaffolds we have installed for MIRVAC at their Ephraim Island Project. Action Scaffolds ability to meet tight delivery and pick up deadlines has served us and MIRVAC well in a relationship that has grown strongly in recent years.

ALLUREPROJECT “ALLURE”

What an exciting job for Action Scaffolds! Working with Glenzeil has been a fantastic opportunity for Action and really showcased the design flexibility and versatility of Lahyer Allround Scaffolding. We were able to provide effective work areas and containment for works performed on 42meters of balcony façade. Using Layher’s unique connection technology we were able to minimise the footprint of the scaffold wrapping the obtuse and acute angles of the balcony, in a space restricted site. If you look closely at the right hand image, you will see the cantilevered bays that run up the entire face; eliminating the use of a vertical standard close to the wall which would have impeded the builders program for installing sun hoods.

ALLURELOOK MUM. NO HANDS!

A further modification to the “ALLURE” Scaffold. The addition of two Aluminium Lattice Girders enabled us to suspend the left hand end of the scaffold, cantilevering 40 meters of scaffold and allowing the construction of the pool at ground level.

ROOF TOP ACCESSALLROUND” GOOD GEAR

These are images of some of our first domestic housing jobs using Layher Allround. The design flexibility afforded by the variety bay sizes and console bracketing combined with the use of internal ladder access and Lahyer’s unique self cleaning reverse perforated decks, all adds up to a better work platform for your team. PRIDE IN THE JOBPRIDE IN THE JOB

Four of our team looking on with pride at the custom design mobile. Designed by one of our advanced scaffolders this mobile platform allowed for the resurfacing of the barge sides with a minimum of down time from installing and moving the scaffold. The bulk of the assembly was done on the ground and the scaffold craned in and out in one piece.

SPANNING THE TORNADOSPANNING THE TORNADO

Here we have used extra wide bases and span decks to create the bridge for clients Impact Signs to do their sign installation at Dream World. Again highlighting the versatility of our mobile aluminium frame gear and the advantage  Action Scaffold has in utilising a number of different scaffold systems.

ROOFTOPS ARE A GOROOFTOPS ARE A GO

Another awkward spot on an old existing roof. A neat job that gave the crew at Wilder Constructions all the access they required to continue the extension of North Burleigh Surf Club – clients Wilder Constrcutions.
